About Me

Hey brothers and sisters! My name is Matthew. I am a preacher, pastor and Bible teacher from London, Ontario, Canada. I believed in the Lord when I was 5 years old, but I was radically transformed and born again by the grace, mercy, forgiveness and salvation of Jesus Christ when I was 16. When I was 16 the Lord told me I would go to Hell and burn in hell-fire forever if I didn't repent. That night I repented and asked Jesus to forgive me. The next day I was radically transformed and all of my former lifestyles of sin passed away. Over the years Jesus has continued to change me from glory to glory, helping me to overcome any backsliding or lukewarm living through His powerful love and correction.

I have been sharing the gospel since I was 16 years old. I am now 29 years old. I attended Heritage Bible College and Seminary and Latimer Theological Institute to gain a Bachelors of Arts in Theology. I was formally ordained when I was 27, but after a lot of years of being introduced to and participating in and studying drastically different versions or types of supposed Christianity, I have learned to be happy with being a simple born-again Christian who lives to serve God according to the Holy Scriptures. By the grace of God I am currently privileged to serve a Bible-centred and very loving home church. I have ministered in other churches as well with different denominational flavours.

My duty and calling is to devote myself to prayer and to the ministry of the Word (Acts 6:4). I am to preach the full counsel of God's Word (Acts 20:27). My prayer is that all men would repent and believe the gospel and be baptized and become sanctified disciples of Jesus Christ (Mark 1:15, Acts 2:38).

I believe the following:

In the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (1 John 5:7)

In the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15)

In the Holy Word of God as inspired and without error. (2 Timothy 3:16).

In all the gifts of the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 12)

In loving God with all of my heart, mind, soul and strength and my neighbour as myself. (Mark 12:30-31)

In the Lord’s power for healing, casting out demons and miracles. (Mark 16:16-17)

In pastors, deacons, apostles, teachers, evangelists and prophets. (Ephesians 4:11-14)

That marriage is a holy covenant between one man and one woman and is a symbol of spiritual marriage between Christ and the Church. (Matthew 19:5; Ephesians 5:32)

In picking up the cross daily, living a sanctified life, walking in the Holy Spirit and refusing the lusts of the flesh. (Luke 9:23)

That we must repent and believe to be saved. (Mark 1:15)

That believers should be baptized after being saved. (Matthew 28:19)

That we should worship God and partake in the Lord’s Communion every Lord’s Day with local saints. (Hebrews 10:25)

I believe that Jesus will return to judge the world and to establish a 1000 year millennial kingdom. (Revelation 20:4-6)

I believe that the saints will be with Christ forever in the New Jerusalem and that sinners who refuse Christ will burn in the Lake or Fire forever. (Matthew 25:46)

I denounce the following: once saved always saved, the pre-tribulation rapture, women pastors/preachers, that Jesus died only for the elect, speaking in gibberish (what many falsely call tongues). (Hebrews 10:26-27, Matthew 24:29-31, 1 Timothy 2:12, 1 John 2:2)
